Strataderm Scar Therapy Gel is used for the effective treatment for new and old scars. It prevents abnormal and excessive scar formation, softens and flattens raised scars, and even reduces redness, discoloration. It also helps relieve itching and discomfort of existing scars. Strataderm is applied only once per day, making it cost effective and easy to use. Once dried, Strataderm can be covered with make-up, sunscreen or cosmetics. It has an easy application. Simply apply its very thin layer to the scar and allow gel to dry. Apply it regularly, once or twice daily to the exposed external areas or as advised by your physician. Never apply it on third degree burns or to open wounds. Also ensure that it should not be placed in contact with mucous membranes or the eyes. Strataderm should not be applied over other skin treatments without the advice of your physician. In case after application, irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.
