Basics:
160 Sq Ft  ISO Shipping Container = Length: 20 ft, Width: 8 ft , Height : 9.5ft
We modified  a 20ft  shipping container to be a bar, coffee shop, cafe, fast food shop etc. We can cut three sides at most and install a automatically hydraulic system to open and close the sides. The open side can be used as service area, and when the service time is ended, you can close the sides. Besides, we can also supply the rails and the steel stair for the roof area, you can use the roof area as a service area as well.

Our products are- " Ready For Order Now"  and ready to be**placed on your lot**. Due to increased response to our product line, build time for this unit is now 30 days. Delivered Within in 30 days of Completion. A regular ON-SITE build would normally take  6 -12 months !  A 50% deposit is required now.  40% due at Permit Phase.
We will contact your local building department, so your unit will be delivered PERMIT READY.  Your building department will do an inspection and your permit will be issued (
Local building code requirements may affect overall costs ;Your container price will not change).
The  remaining 10% is due 5 days before shipping.
