Application Instructions
: Clean and dry the area where you want to apply the patch(es). This will ensure good adhesion by removing any dirt, sweat, natural body oils, etc. Bend and remove the paper backing from the patch. Apply to the nearest flat area of skin on or near the area of pain. Press firmly for 10 seconds. Repeat for each area of pain. Patches are effective up to 24 hours after applying. If pain persists, use additional patches. For continuous daily use, place the new patches in a slightly different location. Patches can be worn daily for proactive anti-inflammatory support. If irritation occurs, choose a different location. Do not use on open wounds or damaged skin. Do not cut the patches.
Remove while bathing or wet thoroughly and gently peel off.
