Hobart Bone Dust Remover, recently acquired from a now closed local Butcher Shop.  It is designed to remove bone dust and loose particles from sawed cuts of meat (beef, pork, lamb, ham, veal ranging in thickness from 1/4" to 3-1/2")
This item has been Fully Tested and in Working Condition.Excellent physical and operating condition! Very very nice
