#1: Beautiful Vintage Hand Crafted Needlepoint Farm Yard Picture - 14" x 18"

We just completed an estate liquidation in Los Angeles which contained a number of exquisite and intricate needlepoint pieces dating from the 1950's to 1970's.  The creator of these pieces was an accomplished needlepoint artist and we will be selling the remaining items here on eBay in the coming weeks.
This piece, measuring 14" x 18", depicts a farm yard view from the porch.  The scene shows chickens in the yard, a water pump, and a quilt thrown over a railing.  A very nice piece with no condition issues whatsoever.
